THE THREE STEPS OF THE MIRACLE MIND MAGIC

STIMULATOR TO TRIGGER YOUR SECRET MENTAL POWERS

Step 1:

a) Think of whatever goal, dream, or wish you want to come true for about five

seconds.

b) Immediately visualize it as coming true, and maintain that vision for about four

seconds.

Ex: Thinking that you are getting a promotion

Step 2:

a) Think of the goal, dream or wish again for about five seconds. But this time dig

deep into your conscious mind for it and drag out its details.

b) Immediately visualize it again as coming true, and maintain that vision for

about four seconds. But visualize it more clearly and completely than before. Let

the details fit into it, as if it were actually occurring.

Ex: Think and imagine that you doing the hard work  (The process what it takes to achieve ) and as a result getting the promotion

Step 3:

a) Once more think of that goal, dream or wish for about five seconds. But this

time dig so deeply into your mind for it that you extract every possible detail

about it.

b) Immediately visualize it once more as coming true, and maintain that vision for

about four seconds. But visualize it so thoroughly in every detail that it seems to

“come true” right before your eyes.

Ex: Think and imagine that you are doing the work well and successfully and as a result getting the promotion

These three steps are very similar to the techniques used by Ancient Masters and they

are your key to a Mystic Power that will amaze you.

Directing Prana to heal

 

Directing Prana


1) Sit in a meditative posture

2) Practice breath-watch for 5 min

3) Close your eyes and think of the body part that needs to be energised/healed

4) Focus your mind on that part of body and visualise energy(prana sakthi) is flowing to that part

and mentally say like "my leg pain is reducing" (if you have leg pain)

or For indigestion focus on stomach and mentally say "food is getting digested properly in my stomach, my body is getting energy from it, my intestines are healthy"

5) or Affirm "I energise this part with my prana"

6) Do this for 5 to 10 min (Initially do this only for 2 or 3 minutes)

7) Slowly open your eyes

count backward from 20 to 1

During travel

<name> smile, ask yourself, Where are you, (the name of area)

Concentration Technique

1) count from 1 to 100 with focus

2) steady gaze without winking

3) always sit straight

4) Listen audiobook

5) Four Roads of thought exercise


Meditation Technique

1) Watch your breadth
