Tips for Meditation
1) Get up at 4 am
2) Have Gods Nmae on your Lips
3) Chant some mantras and sing one or two kirtans
4) Write Likhita Japa
5) Sit up Straight
6) Keep Neck and Spine erect
7) Be absolutely still
8) Gaze within
9) Chant mentally
10) Have a Spiritual Diary
- Regularity perhaps more important that punctuality
- Ask God for courage and strength
- Repetition of Divine Name 4 times on Inhale and 4 times on Exhale
